At the request of some employees representing the trade unions at the ceramic works, the New Left MP was asked to help and mediate between the employees and the management. The reported problems concerned working conditions, the nature of the work and wages.

The aim is for the new remuneration regulations, which are due to come into force soon, to include the best possible working conditions. On Monday, January 19, Arkadiusz Sikora came to Bolesławiec and met with trade unionists and the president of the ceramic works.

As Arkadiusz Sikora announced, the next meeting will take place in April:

I hope these regulations will come into force and that we will then be able to assess whether they are properly adapted to the employees and whether they are able to meet the standards set out in the regulations. (...) I will try to negotiate between the employees and the management.
