The Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company in Bolesławiec (Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Bolesławcu Sp. z o.o.) has introduced formal and organizational changes and is using modern customer service solutions (e.g. electronic invoices and a radio water meter reading system). Therefore, and pursuant to the Act of 7 June 2001 on collective water supply and collective wastewater collection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 123, item 856, as subsequently amended), the company is carrying out a campaign to replace agreements for water supply and wastewater collection. The new agreements are already being delivered to customers by PWiK employees equipped with identification badges.
PWiK informs that concluding a new agreement will not affect customers’ interests with regard to billing for water supply and wastewater collection services.
The replacement of agreements will be completed in December 2013. During this period, approximately 1,200 agreements will be replaced in left-bank Bolesławiec (including Zabobrze, Widok and the Kwiatowe housing estate). In 2014, PWiK will begin replacing agreements in the remaining parts of the city: northern, eastern, southern and central. Approximately 4,000 agreements will then be replaced. In the following years, the radio system will be implemented and agreements will be replaced throughout Gmina Bolesławiec (approximately 3,500 agreements).
The replacement applies to both individual and institutional customers. For more information, call the toll-free number 994 or contact the Customer Service Office at 75 73410 01 or 693 991 540.
