The incident occurred during a physical education lesson at one of the schools in Bolesławiec County. The student put his phone in a backpack, which he left in the changing room. During the class, his “classmate,” a 15-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality, briefly went to the changing room and stole the mobile phone, worth PLN 800.
Police officers from the station in Warta correctly identified the perpetrator. The 15-year-old admitted to the crime. He will now answer for his actions before the family court.
The mobile phone was returned to its owner.
