A reader who noticed dead birds near Wróblewskiego Street notified the epidemiological station. The duty officer confirmed that the report had been accepted and referred the reader to the Municipal Communal Services Facility (MZGK). The facility handles the cleanup of dead animals in Bolesławiec. The duty officer added that the animals must be examined before it can be determined whether they died because of the heat or an illness.
At MZGK, the reader learned that there were several other places in the city where a few to a dozen or so dead birds had been lying; they have already been removed. We will return to this matter.
