The participants discovered the magic of oriental dance during holiday classes at BOK-MCC, led by Alicja Kowal. The classes were held in two age groups: for girls and adults.
The participants—especially those in the younger group—approached the classes very seriously and, already during the first meeting, practised in suitable, colourful costumes. The newcomers quickly mastered the basic steps and elements of the dance, learned short routines and one choreography. Even today, they declare that they would be happy to attend oriental dance classes, which will begin at BOK-MCC in September.
