Residents Affected by the Fire on Gdańska Street to Receive Loans

The City Council has granted a one-off loan to the owners of apartments on Gdańska Street who were affected by the June fire. The money is intended to secure and rebuild the fire-damaged tenement house.

By November 30, apartment owners may submit applications for a loan. They will be able to spend the money on renovating the apartments and the building.

The loan may be repaid in installments over five years, with an interest rate equal to the inflation rate.
