The Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej in Bolesławiec may, at the request of building managers, immediately turn on the heating and set the heating substations to respond to changes in the weather. However, this is possible only in buildings to which domestic hot water is supplied.
ZEC asks residents to contact their building managers بشأن this matter, as this is required by procedure. ZEC will not charge an additional fee for resuming the supply of heat to radiators.
