The next office employees are signing the code. Acceptance of the Code of Ethics is voluntary. The document is intended to establish standards of conduct for city officials in carrying out their public duties.
According to Article 2 of the code, the principles that officials should follow while performing their work are: the rule of law, impartiality and selflessness, objectivity, honesty and reliability, responsibility, transparency, concern for the good reputation of the office and local government employees, dignified conduct in and outside the workplace, as well as politeness and kindness in contacts with citizens, superiors, councillors, subordinates and colleagues.
