Participants of the Contemporary Dance Studio at the Młodzieżowy Dom Kultury in Bolesławiec, prepared by Halina Bałacka-Kłak, invite you to the dance performance “ojDADAna”, which will take place on 14 May at 7:00 p.m. at the Old Theatre in Bolesławiec. Admission is free.
This is another major dance production following the dance performance “Metanoia”, staged in 2012. The performance uses songs from the album “ojDADAna” by Grzegorz Ciechowski, who died in 2001 and was an outstanding Polish rock musician, composer, leader and vocalist of the band Republika, who also performed solo under the pseudonym Obywatel G.C. The album “ojDADAna”, released in 1996, combines modern rhythms with Polish folk songs.
