The incident took place on April 13 at a nightclub on Gdańska Street. A 16-year-old girl injured a young woman in the face—she struck her with a glass. The injured woman is 20 years old. At the time of the incident, both were intoxicated.
The police are conducting proceedings concerning “interference with the functioning of a bodily organ or an impairment of health” (Article 157 of the Criminal Code). However, it cannot be ruled out that the suspect will be held responsible for causing serious harm to health (Article 156 of the Criminal Code). The case will be handled by the family court.
