The detention took place on April 20. Police officers from Kruszyn detained a 22-year-old moped rider who was driving across the entire width of the road. It turned out that the two-wheeler rider was drunk. He had 1.2 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled breath.
The moped rider was carrying a friend, who was also intoxicated. What is more, both residents of Gromadka commune were riding without helmets. The 22-year-old now faces up to 2 years in prison.
