Adjustable crutches, walking and fixed walking frames, wheelchairs—including one for children—commode chairs, and rehabilitation beds with anti-bedsore mattresses arrived in Bolesławiec from Bautzen. The equipment was delivered to the Polish Red Cross Rehabilitation Equipment Rental Centre and will serve residents of our county.
In February, the Bolesławiec branch of the Polish Red Cross signed an agreement with the German Red Cross in Bautzen on cooperation in rescue services and youth training, as well as an agreement on mutual assistance. Also in February, the Germans donated equipment and furniture for the Polish Red Cross Homeless Shelter in Bolesławiec.
