On Friday, March 8, at 6:00 p.m., the opening of an exhibition by Mateusz Grobelny will take place. This time, the ceramic artist will present his drawings, which he titled “Easily Digestible Thoughts.” Nearly twenty large-format works of art will be presented at the exhibition. The central theme will be the female body.
On the occasion of Women’s Day, gifts will be raffled among women during the opening: dinner for two at a restaurant in Bolesławiec and admission tickets to the Orka water park.
Mateusz Grobelny is a ceramic artist, sculptor and draftsman. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. The artist worked on the construction and firing of numerous traditionally designed, wood-fired kilns for firing ceramics. He also creates his own original kiln designs. He also runs his own studio at BOK-MCC. His exhibition will be open to visitors until April 16, 2013.
