As a result of the budget changes, the car park within the road reserve of National Road No. 4, near the cemetery of Russian soldiers, will be reconstructed. New roads, together with lighting, will be built along Leśna Street and 10 Marca Street.
A new road is also planned for Górne Młyny Street. This year, the construction of street lighting and a link road at Traugutta and Skwer Kardynała Wyszyńskiego is also planned. Lighting is also planned for the bridge over the Bóbr River along Mostowa Street, as well as for the link road near Ceramiczna and Bema streets.
