At the invitation of students from Municipal Gymnasium No. 2, a 15-person group of young people from Löbau (Germany) arrived in Bolesławiec. Young people from Bolesławiec and Löbau are jointly carrying out the “Cross-Border Student Festival of Film Shorts” project.
The young people will produce five film shorts about relations between Germans and Poles. The first screenplays are being created in Bolesławiec. In addition to joint workshops, the students take part in sports activities and explore the town. On 19 February, our western neighbours had the opportunity to see Bolesławiec Town Hall and meet the mayor, Piotr Roman.
The culmination of the project will be a presentation of the workshop films in Bolesławiec and Löbau.
