Mr and Mrs Janina and Tadeusz Jamrozowie and Paulina and Wacław Szabłowscy celebrated their golden wedding anniversaries on 16 February at the Wedding Palace in Bolesławiec. “The most important thing is that you were there for each other in good times and bad. This is also one of the reasons why the 50th wedding anniversary is rightly regarded in our society as a momentous event,” said Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman.
To mark the anniversary, both couples were honored with diplomas and medals for long-term marriage. The ceremony was enhanced by a performance by students of the State Music School in Bolesławiec.
