Bolesławiec police exercises took place on Friday, 19 October. A man entered the lobby of Forum cinema and terrorized people standing at the ticket counter. The criminal informed the police that he had taken hostages and demanded a large sum of money and a car that would allow him to leave the city.
The operation went according to plan. The hostages were unharmed, and the perpetrator was arrested on a bridge in Bolesławiec.
Thirty officers of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec took part in the exercise. Officers of the Military Police, municipal police, fire service and emergency medical service staff also joined the operation.
