The survey “Customer Satisfaction Survey Regarding the Work of Bolesławiec City Hall” is available on the website and from all City Hall employees. Opinions, suggestions and recommendations will help improve the services provided by the City Hall. The survey is anonymous; all responses will be treated as confidential and collected in a way that does not allow opinions to be identified. They will be used exclusively for statistical analyses. The survey will be conducted until 28 June. Everyone who completes the survey will take part in a drawing for 20 book prizes.
