Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play a key role in preserving and promoting regional history, especially in areas with a rich heritage, such as Lower Silesia. The project “Viribus Unitis – strengthening organizations promoting regional history in Lower Silesia,” financed by the National Freedom Institute במסגרת the NOWE FIO programme, aims to support these organizations.
The Piast Institute of Silesia Foundation is implementing the project by diagnosing the needs and challenges faced by Lower Silesian NGOs working on the history of the region. To this end, a survey is being conducted to help identify areas requiring support.
After analyzing the collected data, the organizers will plan a series of training sessions addressing the needs indicated in the survey. Lower Silesian non-governmental organizations will be able to participate in these training sessions, strengthening their competencies and carrying out their missions more effectively.
