The incident occurred on Monday, August 13. After 3:00 p.m., sirens sounded in Bolesławiec. As we managed to establish, it was neither an air-raid alert nor a contamination warning. The signal sounded because a service technician made a mistake and pressed the wrong button. Bolesławiec City Hall apologizes to residents for the inconvenience.
