Piotr Roman, President of Bolesławiec, issued an order “on granting the annual bonus for 2011 to Ms Ilona Suchecka – President of the Management Board of the Social Housing Association in Bolesławiec, limited liability company.” The head of the municipal company was granted a bonus of PLN 9,000.
The document’s justification reads: “The Supervisory Board of TBS [...] submitted an application to grant a bonus to the President of the Management Board – Ilona Suchecka, stating that in 2011 the President of the Management Board performed her duties properly and reliably, implementing the objectives set out in the adopted economic and financial plan. Furthermore, the Company demonstrates high financial liquidity, reflected in the timely settlement of public-law liabilities. The President of the Management Board conducted an appropriate personnel and remuneration policy.”
