Municipal police officers intervened at the viaduct once again. This time, a group of six people were near the railway tracks on one of the pillars. Trains were passing close by. The officers received several telephone reports. They entered the viaduct and ordered the entire group to come down. All those detained were of high-school graduation age. Five people accepted fines of PLN 50. Proceedings against one person are continuing because they refused to accept the fine.

Being on the viaduct constitutes a violation of public-order regulations; specifically, it violates Article 54 of the Code of Petty Offences. It is punishable by a fine of between PLN 20 and PLN 500.
