The Wedding Fair in Bolesławiec will be held for the second time. This year, several exhibitors will offer competitions and refreshments featuring wedding dishes to make the event more varied. Delicacies served to wedding guests will appear on the buffet table twice, at 12:00 and 14:00. Visitors will also have a chance to win a romantic dinner with an overnight stay at a hotel, as well as bridal stockings, garters and a photo album.
Last year’s event attracted considerable interest from visitors and exhibitors. More than twenty companies signed up. The stands were prepared with extraordinary flair and professionalism. The number of visitors showed that the initiative was much needed, so the director of BOK-MCC decided that the Fair would be organised regularly.
“Architecturally, the MCC foyer is perfectly suited to allow all exhibitors to present themselves effectively,” says Ewa Lijewska-Małachowska, director of BOK-MCC. “The multi-level, balcony-style interior makes it possible to view several stands at once, while the music played by the band at the very top can be heard clearly on every level. This creates a unique, festive atmosphere at the fair,” the director adds.
At the second Fair, visitors will be able to find everything needed to organise a wedding ceremony and reception. It is worth bringing a calculator and notebook to the Wedding Fair. Some of the more meticulous visitors did so last year. They wrote down the costs of services and planned their future celebration in detail.
The second Wedding Fair will be held in the building of the International Ceramics Centre (Piłsudskiego Square) on Sunday, 25 March, from 10:00 to 17:00. Admission is free.
