Interesting activities for the winter school holidays were prepared in the studios of the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre-International Ceramics Centre.
The Film Education Studio will hold film workshops (13–15 January) for young people over 13. The sessions will include screenwriting and directing, film techniques and acting workshops, and will conclude with writing a screenplay, producing it and premiering it at Forum Cinema. The workshops will be led by Jerzy Małachowski, Michał Szwed and Wojciech Kalita.
The HIP-HOP Dance Workshop (23–27 January) will be led by instructor Katarzyna Tomczyk-Jakubowska. The offer is intended for children aged 7 to 12.
The Painting Workshop (23–27 January) for children aged ten and over will be led by Magdalena Konieczna. During the sessions, participants will learn the batik technique and wax painting on fabric.
The Dance Studio workshop “Discovering the Folk Dances and Costumes of Our Region” (17–20 January) will feature presentations and activities involving displays of old-Polish-style costumes, combined with learning the basic elements of folk dance. The instructor will be Agnieszka Podłaszczyk, who invites children aged 7 to 12.
The workshops in the ceramics and sculpture studios (16–20 January) are intended for children aged 8 to 14 who would like to try working with clay. The sessions will be led by Edyta Orlińska, Magdalena Konieczna and Mateusz Grobelny.
The visual arts workshop “Sculpting Machines – Useless” (16–19 January) will be led by Stanisława Wojda-Pytlińska. It is intended for children aged 7–12 who would like to use useless objects in a truly cosmic way.
The winter Break Dance workshop for children aged 7 to 12 (16–19 January) will be led by Paweł Klimek.
The graphic arts workshop “The Magic and Mystery of Workshop Techniques” (26–27 January) for children aged seven and over who want to explore the basics of graphic techniques will be led by Janusz Łozowski.
The Painting Workshop “The City of the Future in 3D” (19–21 January) is intended for children aged seven and over. It will be led by members of the Wrocław artistic group “Błond w sztuce”. Participants will create three-dimensional painted forms.
