The concert was held as part of the Friday Musical Meetings. Spectrum, a band already known to Bolesławiec audiences, was the first to take the stage. Its music is characterized by good bass playing and intricate guitar solos. At Friday’s concert, in addition to the band’s current vocalist, the vocalist of the Nowogród-based band Beton performed as a guest. The two singers performed several original songs. The audience could also hear several covers, including Sepultura’s “Roots Bloody Roots.” The performance was well received by the people of Bolesławiec. A sizable group of young people danced in front of the stage. For an encore, the musicians played Sepultura’s song once again, as well as their own track “Podaj mi rękę.”

After a technical break lasting several minutes, the band Antidotum appeared on stage; it had also performed at Pegaz in the past. The musicians played more than a dozen songs, unfortunately without a vocalist. This did not prevent the audience from having a good time, however—a sizable group of young people once again gathered in front of the stage.

The Friday musical meetings are attracting interest—increasing numbers of heavy-music fans are attending each successive concert.
