What has changed on the road in Gościszów?
As part of the investment, a new road structure and bituminous surface were constructed. Access roads to properties were also rebuilt, verges were made, and drainage of the road was improved.
The works were intended to improve the technical condition of the route, as well as increase the safety and comfort of its users.
Over PLN 1.09 million for road reconstruction
The total value of the investment amounted to PLN 1,099,091.10. Its implementation was made possible by funding from the Government Roads Development Fund amounting to PLN 549,545.55.
The remaining costs were covered jointly by Bolesławiec County and the Municipality of Nowogrodziec. The county allocated PLN 274,772.78 for this purpose, while the municipality's contribution amounted to PLN 274,772.77.
Local government officials accepted the completed investment
The acceptance of the reconstructed road took place with the participation of the Bolesławiec County starosta Tomasz Gabrysiak, Bolesławiec County deputy starosta Patryk Hałka and the mayor of Nowogrodziec Joanna Świder.
The reconstruction of county road No. 2494D is another investment carried out through cooperation between Bolesławiec County and the Municipality of Nowogrodziec. Its result is a renovated section of road intended to improve travel conditions and the safety of drivers and pedestrians.
