Promotions, decorations and distinctions were presented during the ceremony at the Old Theatre in Bolesławiec, recognizing both soldiers and people and institutions cooperating with the military.

The ceremony highlighted the importance of the work of people involved in carrying out tasks related to military recruitment, supporting military service and cooperation with local institutions.
Awards for soldiers and people involved in service
Distinctions were awarded in many categories, including mobilizer of the year, recruiter, support and security specialist, classified information protection specialist, athlete, shooter and reservist of the year.
People involved in organizing reserve exercises were also recognized.
Schools and institutions also honored
Representatives of institutions cooperating with the Military Recruitment Center were also honored during the ceremony. In the category concerning military qualification, the Bolesławiec County Office received a distinction. The Bolesławiec Municipality was also recognized.
In the category related to police command activities, the District Police Headquarters in Lwówek Śląski received an award. Distinctions also covered the categories Event of the Year, School of the Year, Teacher of the Year and Student of the Year.
The title of School of the Year went to the 2nd General Secondary School in Bolesławiec. The ceremony also provided an opportunity to honor the winners of an art competition.
Commemorative coins for the honorees
A special way of recognizing deserving people was the “In Recognition” distinction presented by the head of the Military Recruitment Center. Those who received it were honored with commemorative coins.
