In the years 1998–2022, she was associated with the Osiecznica Municipality Office, where from 2007 to 2022 she served as Secretary of the Municipality. Then, from 2022, she held the position of Secretary of the City of Bolesławiec.
Małgorzata Słonecka completed a master’s degree in public administration at the University of Wrocław. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in human resources management, obtained at the Wrocław University of Economics, as well as investment law from the University of Wrocław.
Her professional experience to date provides valuable support in carrying out tasks related to the functioning of local government administration.
