Residents of Bolesławiec and the surrounding area will soon gain a new place to shop. The BIG Bolesławiec retail park, being built along national road no. 94, is fully leased. The complex will contain 14 stores, with a total leasable area of approximately 18,000 sq m.

The opening is scheduled for the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. However, the investor has not yet provided the exact opening date.

Work on the project is already well advanced. Tenants are taking over the units, where finishing work and preparations to begin operations are under way. At the same time, landscaping around the retail park is continuing outside.

All 14 stores at BIG Bolesławiec revealed

As reported by propertynews.pl, the tenant list is now complete. The new retail park will host stores belonging both to major chains familiar to local residents and to brands whose offerings will complement everyday shopping.

The following stores will open at BIG Bolesławiec:

  • Biedronka – a supermarket with a wide range of groceries, beverages, everyday essentials and household goods;
  • Leroy Merlin – a store offering building, renovation and interior-finishing products. Its range also includes garden products, tools and home furnishings;
  • HalfPrice – a store with clothing, footwear and accessories from well-known brands, operating in the off-price format;
  • Ochnik – a Polish brand offering mainly clothing, jackets, coats, leather goods, footwear and accessories;
  • Villaro – a clothing brand offering men’s fashion, including suits, blazers, shirts, trousers and accessories;
  • Haul Moda – a clothing store complementing the fashion offering of the new retail park;
  • Martes – a chain of sports stores offering, among other things, clothing, footwear and sports equipment;
  • dm – a health and beauty store with cosmetics, personal-care and hygiene products, household items and selected groceries;
  • Rossmann – a popular health and beauty store offering cosmetics, hygiene products, household chemicals, children’s products and other everyday essentials;
  • Media Expert – a store selling consumer electronics and household appliances. Its range includes televisions, smartphones, computers, audio equipment, and small and large appliances;
  • RTV EURO AGD – a chain specialising in electronics, consumer electronics, household appliances, computers, smartphones and other electronic devices;
  • Maxi Zoo – a pet store offering food, treats and accessories for dogs, cats and other domestic animals;
  • Pepco – a store with clothing and affordable home goods, decorations, accessories and everyday products;
  • MR.DIY – a store with a very broad range, including DIY products, home furnishings, electrical goods, car accessories, stationery, toys, electronics and accessories.

The opening is to take place at the end of the fourth quarter of 2026.

At the August session of the Bolesławiec City Council, Piotr Roman said that this could happen as early as the beginning of December. – According to the information reaching us, at least seventy people will be employed there, not counting delivery companies – P. Roman said.

The city is also counting on additional tax revenue connected with the facility’s operations.
