One of the latest developments is the arrival of the HalfPrice chain. The chain, which belongs to the MODIVO Group, specializes in selling clothing, footwear, accessories, cosmetics, toys and home products from well-known brands at attractive prices.
Brands that were initially not on the tenant list
Overall, the latest information about Vendo Park mentions three brands worth noting: HalfPrice, Ochnik and HAUL moda.
Ochnik is a Polish clothing and leather-goods brand, while HAUL moda is also a chain of clothing stores. The company announced that it would open a store in Bolesławiec in the fourth quarter of 2026, with an area of approximately 650 m².
Which stores will be in Vendo Park?
Vendo Park Bolesławiec will have approximately 17,000 sq m of retail space. The complex will also include a standalone Leroy Merlin store with an area of more than 9,000 sq m.
The tenants of Vendo Park Bolesławiec will include, among others, Leroy Merlin, Biedronka, Maxi Zoo, Media Expert, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Pepco, DM Drogerie, Half Price, Haul Moda, Ochnik and Villaro.
Approximately 745 parking spaces are planned for customers.
When will Vendo Park open?
Residents of Bolesławiec will not have to wait long for the opening of the new complex. According to the latest information, Vendo Park is scheduled to open in December 2026.
The project is being developed on an area of more than 60,000 sq m, next to national road No. 94. As part of the project, a new road layout is also being built, including an access road and a roundabout connecting the complex with the bypass.
