The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 4, at around 4:00 p.m., at the bridge on Mostowa Street in Bolesławiec.
The fire service, a police patrol and a medical rescue team were dispatched to the scene.
Police determined that the driver of a passenger car lost control of the vehicle, as a result of which the car hit the bridge railing.
Fortunately, no one suffered serious injuries in the incident.
The incident was classified as a collision. The person responsible was fined PLN 100.
Repairing the railing may cost as much as several thousand zlotys.
