The District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec has added five new officers to its ranks. A policewoman was also among those beginning their service. The official oath-taking ceremony was held in the presence of the District Police Commander in Bolesławiec, junior inspector Tomasz Jagielski, their superiors and the families of the new officers.
During the ceremony, the five officers recited the oath, pledging loyal service to the Republic of Poland, the protection of citizens’ safety, and compliance with the law and professional ethics. This marks the symbolic beginning of their careers in police uniform.
The newly appointed officers will not begin service in the units just yet. First, they will undergo professional training, during which they will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their daily duties. After completing it, they will support efforts to ensure the safety of residents of Bolesławiec County.
Bolesławiec Police also reminds residents that recruitment for service is still ongoing. The next intake of new candidates is scheduled for September.

Officers from the Human Resources and Training Team provide information about the requirements for candidates, the qualification procedure and help applicants prepare for the recruitment process.
