The Bolesławiec County Office and Lwówek County, in cooperation with the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office, are organizing a rescue operation “Fan 2011” (an exercise ahead of Euro 2012). On Friday, 9 September, a simulated collision between a train and a car will take place at the railway crossing on Polna Street in Bolesławiec. Two hundred frenzied fans, counterterrorism officers and emergency services (including a helicopter) will appear there. It begins at 11:00.
