Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej in Bolesławiec has issued a statement concerning planned renovation work that will affect the supply of domestic hot water to consumers.

According to the information provided, the interruption will begin on August 10, 2026, at 3:00 a.m. and will last until August 11, 2026, at 11:00 p.m.. This means that residents will have to cope with no access to hot water for nearly two days.

ZEC explains that the outage is necessary because of renovation work being carried out at the heat source. Such activities are intended to maintain the efficiency of the heating system and ensure its safe operation.

Residents using the district heating network should plan in advance their daily activities requiring access to hot water. Once the work is completed, supplies are expected to resume according to the announced schedule.
