From 26 to 28 August, the International Sports Workshops and Competition “Cross-Border Athletics Competition” took place in Zgorzelec. Teams from Poland (Lower Silesia), the Czech Republic (Liberec Region) and Germany (Saxony) took part in the competition. The MKS Bolesłavia athletes included in the Lower Silesian team won 11 medals, including 6 gold and 3 silver.

In the overall standings, the representation of our region took second place, narrowly losing to the Saxons by 7 points. Lower Silesian athletes scored a total of 244 points, of which Bolesłavia athletes won as many as 79.
