We return to the topic of new Dino stores in Bolesławiec County. Last year, we reported on plans to build Dino stores in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, Raciborowice Górne and Zebrzydowa. Construction has begun only at the first of the locations listed above, namely in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki.
What about the store in Raciborowice Górne?
Dino planned to build a store at the exit from Raciborowice Górne towards Sędzimirów. The application for a construction permit was submitted in November last year. Unfortunately, it was rejected. At the beginning of July this year, a second application was submitted concerning the construction of the Dino store in Raciborowice Górne, in which the investor specified the scope of the planned works:
Construction of a commercial and service building together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, understood as: an internal traffic system, parking spaces, a canopy, and construction of external installations: a water supply system with an underground tank for internal fire protection purposes, a sanitary sewer system, a stormwater drainage system with an open, sealed, non-draining retention and evaporation tank, an external lighting installation and an internal power supply line.
Will the application be approved this time, allowing residents of Raciborowice and nearby towns to shop at the new supermarket? We will have to wait and see.
What about the store in Zebrzydowa?
In the case of Zebrzydowa, the application for a construction permit is still under consideration. It was also submitted at the end of November last year. Dino planned the store in Zebrzydowa by national road no. 94, at the exit towards Czerna.
