The incident occurred in Legnica on Sunday, June 28, after 8 p.m. According to officers’ findings, one of the 13-year-olds stabbed the other with a knife and then fled the scene.
The injured boy was taken to hospital, and his life is not in danger, asp. Anna Tersa of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica told tvn24.pl.
Police detained the other 13-year-old, who, due to his psychophysical condition, was handed over to an emergency medical services team and also taken to hospital for further diagnostic tests.
Officers are carrying out activities in the Juvenile and Pathology Department, clarifying the circumstances and causes of the incident. Both boys are residents of Legnica.
