The arrest took place on Friday, 19 August. At around 9:00 p.m., municipal police officers patrolling Wybickiego Street noticed a group of people drinking vodka and a woman who, upon seeing the officers, quickly hid a glass pipe and a 50-zloty banknote rolled into a tube behind her back. The suspect then threw a zip-lock bag behind her, containing a white powder. Police officers were called to the scene and are conducting further proceedings in the case. The people who had been consuming alcohol near Primary School No. 4 were fined.
