The Wójt of Gmina Bolesławiec issued an order annulling the competition for the position of principal of the School and Preschool Complex in Brzeźnik. The document was signed on June 22, 2026.
The competition had been announced and conducted on the basis of earlier Order No. 72/26 of May 13, 2026. The proceedings concerned the selection of the principal of the School and Preschool Complex in Brzeźnik.
According to the order, the reason for annulling the competition was “the identification of irregularities in the course of the competition proceedings that could have affected their outcome.” The document stated that the issue concerned the improper conduct of the procedure for admitting a candidate to the further stages of the competition.
As a result, the further competition proceedings were conducted with only one candidate taking part. The municipality determined that this situation could have affected the outcome of the competition.
The order also stated that the competition proceedings were to be conducted again. The document entered into force on the day it was signed.
The order was signed on behalf of the Wójt by Deputy Wójt Łukasz Biegacz.
