On Sunday, June 21, four people became trapped in an elevator. According to neighbors, they unsuccessfully tried to call for help by dialing the emergency service number. When no one responded, the trapped people called the fire service.
Unfortunately, the firefighters could not open the elevator doors without the proper key. The manager of SM Bolesławianka was notified. The people were freed only after the manager arrived.
Those who were freed did not require medical assistance.
