The incident took place in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. Near a local bar, police officers noticed two men. When they saw the officers, one of them began behaving strangely. It turned out that a 37-year-old man was subject to an order for detention in a remand centre.
The man offered the officers 70 euros in exchange for abandoning their official duties. He now faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
