The biggest star of the Bolesławiec team was Vanessa Michaluk, who won two gold medals in the U20 category. First, she triumphed in the 100-meter race with a time of 12.22 seconds, then won the 100-meter hurdles in 13.94 seconds.

Dawid Barański (U18) also won two medals. In the high jump, he cleared 2.00 meters to win gold. He added a silver medal in the triple jump with a result of 14.36 meters.

Emilia Burmas also reached the podium. In the U20 400-meter hurdles, she recorded a time of 64.38 seconds and won the silver medal.

The other MKS Bolesłavia representatives also achieved strong results. Emilia Hoszowska finished fifth in the U20 hammer throw (4 kg), setting a personal best of 40.01 meters. Eliza Psiuch took fifth place in the U20 high jump (1.55 meters) and also finished ninth in the shot put (4 kg) with a result of 9.45 meters. Milan Gałka finished seventh in the U18 high jump (1.80 meters), as did Antoni Karp in the U18 800-meter race (2:00.21, a personal best), Kacper Zefirian in the U20 100-meter race (11.24 seconds), and Michał Psiuch in the U20 hammer throw (6 kg), where he recorded the season’s best result—49.44 meters.

Julia Halewicz finished eighth in the U20 javelin throw (600 g) with a result of 34.31 meters. Wiktor Kijowski finished 12th in the U20 100-meter race, setting a personal best of 12.44 seconds, and placed 15th in the 400 meters. It is worth noting that he competed despite a foot injury. Lena Burdzy finished 16th in the U20 100-meter race with a time of 13.88 seconds.

The athletes’ strong performances also translated into high positions in the team standings. MKS Bolesłavia finished 10th in the medal table among the 103 clubs competing in the championships. In the points classification, the Bolesławiec club placed 19th, earning 58.5 points.

The medals won, personal records and numerous top finishes in national competition confirm that MKS Bolesłavia’s athletes are well prepared for the season’s most important events. Congratulations go to both the athletes and their coaches for a very successful performance in Zamość.
