On Friday, June 5, 2026, several key local government institutions will not serve visitors. Closed will be, among others, the Bolesławiec City Office, Bolesławiec Municipal Office, District Office and Gromadka Municipal Office.

The Bolesławiec City Office announced that it will be closed to visitors on June 5. At the same time, the Civil Registry Office will be on duty exclusively for registering deaths. Service in this area will be provided from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Reports can be submitted in the office building at 1 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Square, room 213 on the second floor. The Passport Field Office will also be closed on that day.

The Bolesławiec Municipal Office will also be closed. The municipal authorities informed residents about a one-day interruption in visitor service and apologized for the resulting inconvenience.

The District Office in Bolesławiec issued a similar announcement. The office will not serve customers throughout the day on June 5.

The Warta Bolesławiecka Municipal Office will also be closed.

The Gromadka Municipal Office will also be closed that day. The mayor informed residents that the office would be closed to visitors throughout Friday.

There is also good news for people who have urgent official matters to deal with. We have established that both the Osiecznica Municipal Office and the Nowogrodziec Municipal Office will operate normally and serve residents during their regular working hours.
