As established by Bolesławiec police, the at-fault driver was a 19-year-old from Bolesławiec County who, while driving a Hyundai, failed to yield the right of way to an Opel. Fortunately, no one suffered any serious injuries. The incident was classified as a collision.
The offender was fined PLN 1,500.
On Wednesday, May 27, emergency services responded to a road accident in Kraśnik Dolny in Bolesławiec County. The report reached the firefighters from Krzyżowa at 3:51 p.m. and concerned a collision involving two passenger cars.
Initial information indicated that one person was injured. The person was taken to hospital. It is not yet known how serious the injuries were.
Fire service units from JRG Bolesławiec and OSP KSRG Krzyżowa were dispatched to the scene. An emergency medical team and police also worked at the site.
Police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident.
Officers are appealing for caution and prudence on the road.
