A dangerous road incident occurred on the night from Friday to Saturday in the village of Nowe Jaroszowice. According to the findings of the Bolesławiec police, the Audi driver, a resident of Greater Poland Voivodeship, entered the opposite lane while passing an oncoming vehicle.
As a result, the Audi collided with a Mercedes that was traveling correctly. Fortunately, no one suffered any serious injuries. The incident was classified as a collision.
Police remind drivers that improperly performed passing maneuvers are among the most common causes of road incidents on local and national roads. A moment of inattention, an insufficient distance, or an incorrect assessment of the situation can lead to very serious consequences.
