A resident of Bolesławiec County was arrested by officers from the Criminal Division in Bolesławiec. The 37-year-old man was wanted to serve a sentence of 1 year and 2 months in prison for driving a vehicle while intoxicated. The verdict in the case was issued by the District Court in Lwówek Śląski.
The arrest took place at the 37-year-old’s place of residence. During the officers’ actions, they also seized several portions of methamphetamine.
After his arrest, the resident of Bolesławiec County was taken to a prison, where he will serve the imposed sentence.
At the same time, he will face charges for possession of narcotic drugs. This type of offense carries a sentence of up to 3 years’ imprisonment.
