The jury of the competition organised by the Polish Association of Urban Planners included, among others, representatives of the Union of Polish Metropolises, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the National Chamber of Urban Planners, the Association of Polish Architects and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
Bolesławiec came first in the “Revitalised Public Space” category. The city will receive an award for revitalising the Market Square together with the surrounding Planty gardens.
