On Wednesday, March 4, inspectors from the Voivodeship Road Transport Inspection in Wrocław carried out a roadside inspection on the A4 motorway of a vehicle combination belonging to a Ukrainian haulier.
Road Transport Inspection: – A detailed verification of the trailer’s technical condition revealed a serious irregularity—a cracked brake disc.
It adds: – The defect was classified as dangerous because it directly threatened road traffic safety.
The result? Further travel with the trailer was prohibited until the defect was repaired. The Inspectorate said:
Explanatory proceedings were initiated against the foreign company, which could face a financial penalty.
