Police officers from the Gromadka Police Station detained the same man twice within 24 hours after he ignored an active court-imposed driving ban.
The Bolesławiec police headquarters explains:
The ban was issued in 2025 and is in force for four years.
The man had previously lost his driving licence for driving a vehicle while intoxicated. Despite this, the 54-year-old got behind the wheel again. He now faces up to five years in prison.
