As of 1 February, the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) has been in force – a uniform system for issuing and receiving electronic invoices. The new regulations are being introduced gradually – initially they cover the largest taxpayers, while from 1 April 2026 they will apply to other businesses. At the same time, all taxpayers must be ready to receive e-invoices as early as February.

General training every Wednesday

Free training sessions on using KSeF are being held at the Tax Office in Bolesławiec. The meetings take place from 18 February to 29 April 2026, every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.

The sessions cover, among other things:

  • rules for issuing and receiving e-invoices,
  • granting permissions in the system,
  • the most important changes resulting from the new regulations.

Industry-specific Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m.

Additionally, from 3 March to 24 March 2026, training sessions aimed at specific industries will be held every Tuesday at 11:30 a.m.

Schedule:

  • 3 March – Rural Housewives’ Associations,
  • 10 March – farmers and agricultural producers,
  • 17 March – medical services (including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and private practices),
  • 24 March – church legal entities (e.g. parishes, dioceses and organizational units of Churches).

The training is practical and is intended for entities that issue or receive invoices in connection with their business activities. The Office encourages everyone interested to participate in order to properly prepare for the full implementation of the e-invoice system.
